Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be:

  • in the same condition that you received it
  • unworn, unused, unwashed
  • with tags (must be attached)
  • in its original packaging

Please include the packing slip that is inside the bag with your order.

Please allow 8-10 business days to receive and process the return. Once the return has been processed and approved, you will receive store credit via email. You can always contact us for any questions at lauren@dianaanddelle.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please forward photos of the damages or defects to lauren@dianaanddelle.com
